Karalyn’s professional writing bridges clinical expertise, cultural critique, and advocacy. They write scholarly essays and book chapters exploring trauma, gender, sexuality, and embodiment through feminist and queer theory. Their clinical works include structured treatment manuals and psychoeducational resources that equip therapists to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care—especially for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and disabled communities.

In addition to academic publishing, Karalyn’s op-eds and policy writing bring clarity and moral urgency to issues of social justice. Across formats, their writing is rigorous yet accessible, amplifying marginalized voices and translating complex ideas into practical, transformative tools.
